Heike Taisai is a magnificent annual parade inspired by the Heike Emaki (illustrated scroll of the Tale of Heike). About 200 people (* approximately 60 people in 2024) parade from Yudonosan Shrine to the Heike Village, elegantly dressed as the warriors and princesses of the ancient dynasty.
